Section 1: Nutrition

The daily food that one takes has a significant impact on their well-being and health, with many diets being linked with health outcomes. These include heart diseases, cancer, diabetes, and osteoporosis, with research showing that death can be prevented by choosing the best meals. The body needs nutrients, and I can acquire all the nutrients from the food and water that I take every day. Vitamins and other supplements are also very important, even though not everyone can afford all of them. Some of the strategies that I will work on include the following;

  • Making sure that vegetables and fruit intake are increased.
  • Protein sources shifting in my diet
  • Fiber-rich food increase,
  • At least one ounce of seeds, nut butter or nuts
  • Probiotics food consumption
  • Fluid intake increase
  • Abstaining from any drug or alcohol use
  • I understand the vitamins and mineral levels.

Some of the things to remove from diet includes;

  • Sugary drinks
  • Ice creams
  • Fruit juice
  • Candy bars
  • French fries
  • White bread
  • chips

Challenges

As stated, the main obstacle is enough money to budget for everything you need, making it very difficult to achieve. Some of the diets are very hard to find, taking a lot of time and money, which is not always available. Time to ensure that I have all the appropriate meals as scheduled becomes a problem making me less motivated to try my best. Love of different types of food that not in the health plan becomes a problem abstaining from them.

Section 2: Physical health

To become more fit and maintain my physical health, I need to start training and always work on doing my schedule daily. Physical training goes hand in hand with what I eat, and the time I have to rest within a day. Eating brings out different feelings making you want to exercise or feel slow, bored, or tired. Good recipe and ensuring that I take my diet as required will ensure that I have a good time in physical training and maintain my fitness. Some of the goals that I want to achieve as I continue will my daily physical fitness includes;

  • An improved immune system
  • Attain my comfort zone
  • Lose weight to reduce the chances of heart attack and diabetes
  • Flexibility and balance improvement
  • Having a consistent approach

Some of the physical fitness exercises that I will have to work on and believe are most effective to me includes the following;

  • Walking and running
  • Squats
  • Push-up
  • Lunge
  • Side Bridge
  • Pull-up
  • Hamstring curl
  • Bicycle maneuver

My walking and running location will be 10-kilometer distance every morning before starting my daily routine. That will be the start of my schedule, followed by a mix of the rest exercises so that every day can be effective through the exercise I perform.

Challenges

Some of the physical fitness challenges include time and resources to help me work through everything. Most of my time is always busy with my studies, which consumes a lot f my time, leaving me with no time to maintain my physical fitness. Resources to use and help me gain the best are also very expensive, and therefore achieving everything I have planned requires sacrifice. Every training has some injuries that come along with most of them being hamstring injuries, and muscle pulls because of the new environment in training.

 

 

Section 3: Mindful awareness

Mindful awareness is very important in any person’s life, and therefore, having regular practice will bring joy and better health. Research has shown that mindfulness-awareness improves life, such as; physical and mental health, substance abuse, sleeping and eating habits, good relationships with others, and many other areas. This will help lower depression, anxiety, worries, and anger. Therefore, the stress levels in my life will be very low, lowering the chances of having health problems later in life. Mindful awareness will help me pay all attention to what is happening now, including my studies. Therefore my grades will go up and also have ample time to think out ideas and try implementing them. My brain will free to different activities since I am ready to recognize emotion and take the appropriate alternative.

With less chronic pain and all the other stress symptoms, most of the people are enduring, and it is easy to pay attention to different signs of the body. Body health is the most important thing since it keeps your soul and brain in a calm condition and being ready to overcome everything. My mind and body have to follow simple routines that will help me reach the main goal. These include being present in every activity I am performing, such as when eating my meals, while walking in the park with my dog and while doing my daily chores. Also, setting aside some time for daily practice, such as paying attention without coming up with any judgment or sitting down and thinking about the present and future situation.

The solution to every challenge in each section is being focused and understanding the main reason for coming up with the health plan. These will ensure that I have ample time and have some savings on diet improvement and always be one step ahead of any challenge that may appear.
