Systematic protocol
Background
This qualitative analysis gives a vivid protocol on the lived experience by the young black people on leaving the care systems. This has been a case too many states to try finding the cause of this medicating challenge. Approximately 500,000 children are in foster care. Some escape from the care keepers to their families and some await up to the emancipation ages of 18 years, and then they can leave for their origins. Many young black people have, for a long time, developed a tendency to leaving the care systems under the care and control of the caregivers. Most of these youngsters are children who have been adopted, single parented, and many of them are orphans. Through the samples taken, most relevant findings have shown that children of mixed heritage have been the highest groove looked after. A significant and vital finding is that there are more than white children to enter into care earlier. However, very little has been said about the impact of leaving the care and the lives of the care leavers on the outside. Most findings in related studies have shown that remaining units in the care systems are filled up by the whites and could be a notion for the exit of the young black children. The existence of a few black staffs in the management board of the care facilities has brought a high depression to the blacks as they lack their race factor in the facilities. The existence of racism in the facilities has been a vice to raise the alarm to. Most of the young blacks are discriminated against, and thus, many resorts to quitting care life to find ambient grounds far from the grounds. The sudden escape of these young backs has raised eyebrows to the state and the local authorities on this recurring vice. In the United Kingdom, the case has left many with knowledge gaps trying to understand the cause of the escape from the intense care of the caregivers. Having tried to indulge local authorizes and the security departments, the malpractice has not come to a halt. With vivid and intense surveys taken, this protocol has outlined the cause of the escape and the key recommendations that can help curb the situation from any relapse in the future. This protocol chose to take its survey in the United Kingdom as it has got the best data approach and reliable sources of information that can aid the research. This united States, as well, has got many care stations for the young blacks, thus providing an ambient ground for the research. The research case, thus, may be tedious. The case has to incorporate the finding from articles and sources to help in harnessing more information concerning escape from other states around the globe. The major states affected by the escape of youngsters from the care systems include the African countries, which rise at a larger scale in the world. The problem has been an issue that has impacted the states negatively and thus posting misery and depression among relatives. The states have been a key concern at finding the root cause of the problem. This has devastated the states’ plans on the strategies that can help gap the pitfalls caused by the escape of the young blacks from the care systems. These children escaping the care systems experience a lot of danger to their lives. They are affected by peer pressure, which may lead them to immorality at their early stages. These children may lose their racial factors. This may lead to a change of language and different adoption of the children. The true identity of the child is affected, and thus the child develops different norms that affect their natural identity. This becomes recessive codes that are suppressed by the dominative traits emulated by the children in their foreign lands. These children could adapt the street life and thus endangering their lives through the hard lifestyle that may render them into risks of lives. Cooperate parenting could help curb the situation and thus bring all this into a standstill. The escape from the care systems would be a task to deal with ease through proper parenting. Through cooperating parenting groups, a parent who would be at ease of relaying the best advice that would help in counseling the children. Through intensive parenting skills involving the management of peer pressure at the adolescent stages of the children, the vices advocated by the groups would be reduced effectively. Parents could provide proper policy and management to the children in the care system. The strict rule to the policies and proper structuring of the policies would help in maintaining the children in discipline environments that enable the dual practice of virtues in relation to their environments. Good parenting would ensure proper care council in the systems and thus providing ambient environments and regular check on the well beings of the children. The proper attention and the provision of basic needs would avoid and prevent the children from developing disorders and depression from the lack of primary needs. Parents would act as the voice of the children in their care systems. This provides a justified environment where children can relay their challenges openly to the parents. This can help the children in access to the parental care that they would fail through escape. Parents should produce an annual report of children in the care systems that help in the plan and the well being of children. This facilitates the regular check and the formation of the policies that befits the coexistence of the children, parents, and caregivers. The escape by the young black people from the care facilities has impacted the communities negatively; the rise of adoption of children among the communities has brought attention to the local authorities. Most of the children risk their lives out of the care systems and thus has brought concern to the hearty parents to take control and care of the escapees. The communities have raised the alarm to the concerned, but still, the issue has not been brought to a halt. Community parenting is taking up education to help in the importance of adopting the homeless, lonely children, and thus enabling them to provide basic needs. Communities as well have devised measures through the local authorities, which can help them access the needs and the protocol procedures that can help them report the same to the concerned facilities. The family members of the escapees have been at high depression since they recall of their lost relatives from the care systems. This has led to suffering to the deceased if an escapee dies of personal insecurity, which may occur during the escape. The families have also suffered the kidnapping of their children and inhuman abuse these children undergo when they are kidnapped. This has dangerous post diseases that would foster these youngsters to chronic conditions, which may require immediate and adverse medical attention. This review gathers together and synthesizes research relating to young people’s experiences of social support during their transition from system care facilities.
Objectives
The qualitative protocol reviews aim at;
1To understand the personal experience of the young blacks who are at the care systems
2 to find out their encounters in the care systems in relations to their ethnicity
3present the findings in relationships to the lives of the children in the care systems
4To find the peer challenge experienced by the children in the care systems
5 To the parenthood background and the existence of the parents to individual children in the care systems
Through the use of PEO (population, exposure, and outcomes), the aims and the objectives of the review are simplified, thus providing detailed information that enables proper keeping of the protocol records. The protocol has genuinely taken the PEO style that facilitates the appropriate survey structure to ensure access to primary data on the case study. Children leaving care facilities has been a rampant issue that has affected most states in the world. Citing the objectives brings relaxed attention to the survey and thus promoting real findings. This, through candid analysis, gives the conclusions that can be taken for recording enhancing review of the protocol in case of further recurring of the issue. The PEO format procedure enables secure handling of the survey case and thus making it simple as per the requirements of the research and desires of the protocols.

Methodology
The use of PIO and analysis of the data and resources that provide additional information on the cause of escape from the care systems, the review inculcated the view of the councils in the systems that provided the needs of the children. Some of the children summoned to give transparent information on their backgrounds and the influence of the peers. This protocol chose to take its survey in the United Kingdom as it has got the best data approach and reliable sources of information that can aid the research. This united States, as well, has got many care stations for the young blacks, thus providing an ambient ground for the analysis. The research case, therefore, may be tedious. The case has to incorporate the finding from articles and sources to help in harnessing more information concerning escape from other states around the globe. The significant states affected by the diversion of youngsters from the care systems include the African countries, which rise at a larger scale in the world. There was a need to choose a method that would give primacy to the accounts given and preserve them in the form that they were communicated. Individual In-depth interviews were considered to be fulfilling to these characteristics.
Data collection procedures and analysis
A qualitative approach was adopted that enabled young people to talk without constrain. A pilot study was undertaken with three young people. This helped to answer the question, and the level of interview structured more methods to be inculcated. The first method was the use of documentation to add up the source material. Notes taken from this record were put together within the text of the analysis to help in giving more points to the views of more young black people without disregarding the information of young black people themselves. Taking more concern to the research documents was used for indicating awareness of the young black people’s problems, the importance of their experience, and providing challenges that emerged from them. This also enabled in realizing- the depth of race and culture, which was among the principal aims of the review. The second d interviews were with three senior members of the board of care systems. The three members gave information and appreciated the role played by the department in regards to the policies which aimed at promoting the welfare of the young black in the facilities. A questioner was developed. This helped in in-depth interviews among the individual. The questionnaire covered four main areas; experience in the care systems, family, preparation for exiting the care at the emancipation age culture, and race. On each set of the questionnaire, there were questions that acted as challenges to enable the young black people to open up on their issues without hesitation. This subdivision of the probes would give a straightforward approach to the analysis of the data. The development would allow for the formation of theories that hastened the provision of the findings and thus facilitating the survey work. The sets of problems would help in accessing each individual’s issues as most of the children at the care systems are undergoing different matters in comparison. These sets would then be justified in obtaining each child in the order basing on the probes on the columns. The recommendation structure will also be facilitated, as the questionnaire would subdivide the individual’s challenges.
Sampling was based on the information given out by the care system departments. The first approach was on the workers of the care system and researcher. This was based on gender, age, and race. The sample also consisted of the blacks who had left the care systems and those who showed signs of leaving the facility. The example also consisted of the blacks who had been put into long term care units regardless of their emancipation age reached. This was based on the background and the parental care that these youngsters would undergo in the external care systems. In this study, three types of coding were used in analyzing data; open coding, axial, and selective coding. The use of theories was also included in the analysis. In open coding, the line of the interview information was broken down examined was put in the set and subjected to vivid line analysis. Each column had its own name. For example, the letter C represented care, which meant caring and none caring in the set. From this structure, it was possible and easy to get to the paragraphs and columns that had the meaning of care. The most crucial part of coding was asking the questions regarding the data given in order to provide easy problems to be handled in the proceedings interviews.
Axial coding gave the interrelationship between the set. This type of coding deals with the relationship in behavior, peer groupings, and the ways of managing the practice and the outcomes of behavior management. Selective coding was used to show the occurring g themes from the lines. During the process, a set was selected then related to the other collection. The relationship between the game was intergraded within the information to make a connection that provided actual findings. Memos ere written and the data coded and thus helped in connecting the set and gave direction about what was supposed to follow in the proceeding interviews.
Quality appraisal
The protocol entails all the procedural measures required in the study case and survey activities. The PEO format enabled the treaty through the access and the findings that prompt for proper recording. This PEO format enabled the protocol to access to the challenges faced by the young g blacks in the care systems. Through personal interventions and outcomes promoted the achievements of the contract. Most of the young blacks, through the submissions of the questionnaire, showed that they are undergoing depression through embarrassment from the care facilities. This has made many to withdraw from the facilities. More challenges faced by the youngsters in the care system are the lack of necessary skills to overcome the problems related to their backgrounds. This protocol gives a piece of advice that young blacks should be offered counseling to help them overcome and bar the mental disorders that emanate from deep thoughts regarding their backgrounds. Through interventions of the board staff in the care facilities, the protocol has found the challenges the care facilities undergo. The state lacks enough funds from the countries in helping in the provision of essential items to the children in the facilities to help them in engaging in co-curriculum activities. The protocol thus urges the concerned authorities to deep entrust their part as I will help curb the further challenges from the facilities. From experience in research, the many challenges that emanate from the study are overcome from the exposure and experience in the field. This enables proper findings that relate to the topic and the procedural requirements of the PEO format. The incorporation of primary sources of data, the results on the protocol, are apt to referencing and record-keeping that can help in the future relapse of the same medicating issue. The evidence in the contract is to in-depth and candid research based on the PEO format that enables a researcher to obtain primary sources of data and inculcation of the articles that support the topic of study. The theoretical approach through the analysis of the questionnaire data aids the real findings of the protocol. Deepen investigations, and category presentation helps in aggregating the outcomes to facilitate the proper approach and reading of the conclusions specified of the contract. The procedural undertakings by the protocol provide accurate findings that reflect the appropriate survey taken on the topic and the case study.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the systematic review protocol has given the proper findings through the survey on the lived experience by the young blacks leaving the care systems. The contract has genuinely taken the PEO style that facilitates the appropriate survey structure to ensure access to primary information on the case study. Children leaving care facilities has been a rampant issue that has affected most states in the world. The item has raised eyebrows to most of the sectors that do with humanity and secure of rights and freedom of every young child. Though the care systems have tried hard to halt the issue, some of the responsibilities have not been met with the authorities in providing the necessary items to the younger in the facilities. This has made many idle and thus resorting to escape in an attempt to find pleasure and leisure from outside the care facilities. The communities have raised the alarm to the concerned, but still, the issue has not been brought to a halt. Communities parenting is taking up education to help in the importance of adopting the homeless, lonely children, and thus enabling them to provide basic needs. Communities as well have devised measures through the local authorities, which can help them access the requirements and the protocol procedures that can help them report the same to the concerned facilities. The family members of the escapees have been at high depressions in the recall of their lost relatives from the care systems. This has led to suffering to the deceased if an escapee dies of personal insecurity which may occur during the escape the concerned authorities should take critical roles that help in gaping the further recur of the problem. The care facilities should be improved of their state and the facilities to encourage ambient and amble environments that can help heal the souls and provide conducive well being of the situations.
