Discipline Policy
These are procedures that are following when an employee has violated the company policies. Since every company has its disciplinary procedures, employees should adhere to the policies and understand the consequences that follow where one disobeys. The company will use a progressive disciplinary process as opposed to the case by case basis, as it will allow the employee to correct his actions.
Workplace Discipline
Workplace discipline aims to inform the employees of the consequences that follow them where one fails to observe discipline amongst his fellow employees.
