For instance, the task given to the team is large, and the amount of time provided is limited; this violates the performance criterion. The team members are also not on the same page on how things should be done, and this is likely to affect their performance (performance criterion). The viability of the team is also questionable, as evidenced by Katarina Tanney’s discomfort to work with Denson. This means that the team members are uncomfortable working together.
