One of the workplace incivility that I have experience and stood out since I joined the nursing profession is concerning a new graduate nurse who joined the hospital as one of the employees.
Consequences
The most excruciating piece of the episode is that the unit and the medical clinic lost a nurse, which escalated the rate of nursing shortage in the emergency unit.
Prevention
Rules and policies are there to manage the day by day exercises of a specific unit or division. Adhering to rules and policies is one method for maintaining a strategic distance from clashes in the working environment, in this way making the work environment helpful for each worker.
