Our company primary services were to offer websites design services, installing software, graphics design and also designing applications for various business organizations as requested. We got the startup capital from each member contribution from their savings, applied for a loan from the bank, and we had some investors who offered to venture in our business. We used the money in purchasing the computers and installing a wireless network for our business operation and setting up remote services for the full functioning of our business. COMPETITOR ANALYSIS
Our primary competitor within our region is the company located just a few kilometres from our location. Rey investments are the name of the company. The company offers information technology supports services almost the same as those of our company. This company poses stiff competition to our business and that why we work tirelessly hard to improve our services to remain relevant in the business market. We employed effective strategies to beat the competition that is posed by our competitors, and we have some significant advantages than them as listed below:
1.we build high-quality websites and applications.
2.best customer care services since we ensure customer needs are listened to and offered as requested.
3.timely delivery of the services requested by the customer since we have the best experts in providing design and coding services as required by the customer.
4.we are available always and can offer the services to customers anywhere since they are also virtual; this saves time and cost which customers spend in getting services they require.
5.we have qualified staff who have the qualifications needed holding at least a degree or an advanced degree in the field of technology.
Internal environment analysis.
The internal factors that influence our operation include the employee’s morale. We boost our employee’s morale in the organization by awarding them every end of the year according to the services they have offered to the organization. Every employee is motivated to work hard to achieve the goals and visions of our organization. We also have a review of the resources that we possess to ensure that we have the necessary resources required for the efficient running of our organization. We also ensure that the hardworking and innovative culture of our business remains (Dutt,2003).
External environment analysis
The market rivalry is stiff, and that is the main key why we emphasize on being loyal to our brand, customer services offered and keeping our products unique to beat the companies offering homogenous products. We also checked the political, economic, social and technological landscape of our industry. We had to make sure that our business adhered to the federal regulations and rules as specified in Title 64 and 74 of the business activities (Chiu, .et al,2009).
SWOT ANALYSIS (STRENGTH, WEAKNESS, OPPORTUNITIES AND THREAT).
JOHN and the other company founders dived deep in helping to analyze the strength, weakness, opportunities and threat that were posed to the company. We engaged with other partners of our organization to gain perspective of the business operation from the part of sales to the product that we develop as a company. We listen to the customer wants and complains to create more innovative products for them. The swot analysis helps us to codify and determine the steps to take to achieve our goals (Hay, et al,2006) We checked our strength as a company by considering our resources that are available for the maximum production. We noticed we had all the required resources and our company; our workforce was also excellent and of high quality. The only weakness we had was to make our brand known as we were new in that country and many people in the new location had not yet appropriately recognized the services that our company offer. There was a workshop that was to be conducted where business organization were to showcase their products, and we planned on taking advantage of that to make people aware of our products and services that we offer.
Marketing Tactics
We have visionary leaders who are always active and willing to guide getting right in the market centre. We stay true to our mission and never frustrate customers. We ensure in offering the best to our customers and delivering the products as we specify them, we don’t like failing our customers and disappointing their expectation. We have a constant brand that sells us to the market and promotes the core values that we uphold as an organization. We also ensure that the services we offer to customers are the best and cause the required and expected revolution to their business.
We also ensured that we had earned our customers trust by giving them the best services as they expect and never frustrate them in any way. Creating customer trust has helped us to maintain a broad audience of customers amid the other home competitors (Knight,2000).
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FUTURE GROWTH
This vision of business operations and marketing is changing every day on a long tradition of reform in traditional methods of operating business are now passed by time and technology is the main key for the success of any kind of business. We work hard to ensure that we give the best quality business support in matters of technology. However, the much hard we work, there are still some parts of our business activities that need to be looked at to realize the future growth of our business. The recommendation that I proposed for the future growth of our organization n were as listed below:
1). our company should develop a long term plan and strategy.
This will enable the company to manage its finances and plan for the future. The company should consider collaborating with the national system of industrial assistance so that they are assured of financial support just in case they encounter a financial crisis. The company will be assured of cover and that they have a part they can depend on in case of financial support need.
2). the company should aim at producing more quality services and offering more high-quality goods.
The company should aim at producing more quality goods and not always aim at producing a large quantity. High-quality services, products and services are what will ensure their survival in the market. This will also ensure that their reputation is maintained and will lead to an excellent performance of the company in the market.
3.the company should also ensure that the prospect the right clients.
Prospecting the right clients will not only ensure the growth of the business over a long time but will also ensure that the company can sustain itself.
