Moreover, there is a different type of roles and responsibilities to seek significant changes, the primary preferred sector as well as for the major industry in this case. After that, the fundamental process of employability skills will be addressed to understand in the UK. Hence the overall business process will define based on its placement goals as a whole.  The personal SWOT analysis will also be conducted for the student in this regard to understand the overall rules and regulations. In the second section, different identified skills and techniques for meeting its global professional development scope of actions. Hence these subsequent performance process can effectively enrich the activities, in the last section, a reflection will be made based on the overall decision making of all those above-listed placement goals that can improve future job availability for the students in the corporate stage (Succi and Canovi 2019).

Since I have completed my bachelors in business administration with a good number from a college of Kerala and since I have done an internship in the field sales process from the aesthetic dental lab for two months, hence I will be looking to go for specific job roles that can seem to help me excel in my carrier. I am looking to pursue my carrier in-field staff form its overall operational activities in this regard. However, the field staff process will be looking to enhance my transport in specific on-field sales operations, and the personal SWOT model has been taken (referred to appendix 1).
  2. Since I have worked for field staff in a dental libratory, after that completion of my MBA, I will be looking to pursue my job life in certain similar kinds of fields. Here I chose to go for this sector since here I will be able to meet many new people and try to meet their requirements by providing them active business from my end as much as possible and try to convert them to my potential customers (Katsantoni 2019).
  3. The UK is a big country with a vast number of job opportunities. Hence if I had to prefer any place for work, I would choose London since it’s the nation’s capital and a convenient transport facility and a good number of companies will be able to offer me job opportunities with an excellent salary package (Succi and Wieandt 2020).

Section 2: identified skills and knowledge’s

The carrier developmental activities will try to improve the skills and motivational activities that can work to implement specific personal interests with its overall capabilities and performance activities to achieve the global success factors in this case. For example, if the student is looking to imply specific computer programming skills and its manager needs to create certain websites from its overall topic of interest in this regard. Hence all these carrier development skills can try to improve the policies. Thus from its changed carrier goals, it is essential to understand the set times for its initiated process. Thus meeting its carrier developmental process can help me to excel in my carrier activities as well as to measure the goals.

Departmental function

All these departmental activities can try to deliver the contribution towards the company operation. Hence it can be said that the process can try to affect specific corporate changes. The student’s work habits can help meet accurate business decisions towards their functional aspects. Hence the developmental activities can try to schedule a few hours to spend its overall business department in this case. Therefore I feel that all these different activities can draw particular changes in the operational aspects.

Feedback generation

The company manager and its team members can find the right way to see how people can pursue this case. Hence all these aspects can share a valuable member of its team members. Therefore it can be said that the overall process can try to develop as well as determine its basic skill sets. It is, therefore, setting a goal with its few colleagues in every quarter. Hence all these processes can try to provide particular constructive changes in the feedback generation process. Thus all these processes can be useful to excel in the carrier process (Heang et al.2019).

Promotional application

One way the student can try to challenge will be based on the application of promotions. To generate more sorts of excellent opportunities, the overall networking skillsets can try to enhance the entire business procedures. Therefore the overall networking policies by taking its global networks and its co-workers will be looking to speak with the colleagues to all the other departments as a whole. On the other hand, it can be said that another way of improving the overall network procedures where global networking techniques can look to meet all the professional events to meet different interests. Moreover, I feel that to meet the requirements as well as learning more new aspects of an industry. Hence for this case, all this process can help to improve the overall business-related knowledge techniques as a whole. Therefore I feel that all these processes can be useful in meeting its skill development techniques in this regard. Hence the overall team-building skills, creative thinking techniques, good adaptability as well as a quick learning process can try to develop its skill development techniques. Thus all these significant aspects can be useful in meeting the rules and regulations in this regard. Therefore I feel that the professional developmental techniques will be competent in achieving the placement activities (Wulaningrum and Hadi 2020).

The country, like the UK, there are an ample number of options as well as different sorts of opportunities available (Anastasiu et al.2020). Therefore I will get different types of opportunities to make the best decision when it comes to choosing the ideal carrier opportunities as a whole. Hence my decision-making perspective can be useful in underlining the below aspects-

Realizing the decision-making powers

Before making decisions, I tried to realize the power of making decisions. Hence it is essential to choose the right sort of choice based on the carrier as well as form job search perspectives. For example, being a student, I need to first decide on what type, of course, I need to pursue, making my future. If I am looking to pursue a management course, then it will lead me towards different aspects, while if I opt for engineering, then I will get something else. Hence for my right decision making is the key to my success as a whole.

Moreover, I need to eventually focus as well as put my attention over the right sort of decisions. Therefore a proper path towards the decision-making prospect can lead my career towards success as a whole. Thus I think decision making is essential (Uji et al.2019).

 

Choosing from a different type of opportunities

To seek an active job placement role in countries like the UK, being a student, I need to look for undoubtedly available carrier opportunities. For example, after completion of the MBA, I can choose either finance, marketing or even sales field to sum up my carrier. Hence different sectors can all together provide various sorts of opportunities to me in long term perspectives. Hence e my decision-making process had changed over the years to understand the jobs that have been matching my profile as well as whether my profile is at all matching with all the significant aspects that can be held useful for me in getting a job in this regard. Therefore it is highly evident that all the team-building skills technique, creative thinking, good adaptability process and quick learning techniques can also try to make a particularly useful process based on implementing its overall personal traits as well as making effective changes towards achieving the decision making process. Hence after pursuing field staff and its aesthetic dental labs in two months as a whole.
